WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF HOLISTIC NUTRITION?
Holistic Nutrition is based on the principles that we are each biochemically distinct and have unique nutritional and lifestyle needs, any health recommendations provided, whether that be diet, natural source supplements or lifestyle changes, they are made specifically to you. The purpose is to bring balance to the whole body by taking into consideration the interrelationship of mind, body and spirit.
​Through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition I am educated on whole-body systems and trained to recognize any body imbalances such as food intolerance and allergies, blood sugar fluctuations and causes of inflammation, being some of the sources of many common health conditions.
My comprehensive training focuses on science, body functions and symptoms. I am knowledgeable in whole foods, quality food production and processes, natural source supplements, healthy lifestyle practices and the connections between the body, mind and spirit.
