Justine is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) & Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner (NNCP). She specializes in meal planning, as well as addressing health concerns related to gut, metabolic, and hormone health. As a Holistic Nutritionist her practice is focused on designing custom nutrition plans that work for you, your needs, and your habits. She is passionate & committed to helping you reclaim your health with a root cause focused, evidence based & holistic approach.

 

She deeply values crafting personalized wellness plans that honours your unique bio-individuality, encompassing tailored strategies for diet, lifestyle, and supplementation. She believes that in providing the right knowledge, tools and support, clients will feel empowered to achieve their goals and heal their bodies naturally.

My personal journey with hormonal issues and challenging relationships with food has profoundly shaped my understanding of health and wellness.

 

Experiencing these struggles firsthand led me to explore the intricate connections between diet lifestyle, and overall well-being.

 

Throughout this journey, I have gained valuable insights into the importance of nurturing both the mind and body which has ultimately filled my passion for holistic nutrition, and my desire to support others facing similar challenges. ​

IF I WASN'T A HOLISTIC NUTRITIONIST, I WOULD STILL BE A PART-TIME TEACHER SHARING MY PASSION FOR FITNESS AND HEALTH AND INSPIRING THE CHILDREN TO EMBRACE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.

WHEN IM NOT WORKING, YOU CAN USUALLY FIND ME HANGING OUT WITH FRIENDS, TRAVELING, OR DOING WORKOUT ACTIVITIES LIKE PILATES, YOGA, AND RUNNING.

MY FAVORITE SELFCARE HABITS ARE MORNING WALKS IN THE SUN, JOUNALING, EATING A NOURISHING HIGH-PROTEIN BREAKFAST, AND A GOOD SKINCARE ROUTINE.
