The possibilities are endless with green smoothies, but here’s one of my absolute favorite detoxifying blends. This smoothie is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients that support your overall health and wellness.


Ingredients


  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 frozen zucchini

  • 1/4 avocado

  • Handful of kale or spinach

  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1 tsp spirulina or 1/2 tsp spirulina and 1/2 tsp chlorella

  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup almond milk
